Processing Time
Each piece is designed in-house and individually finished to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time. If a longer production window applies to a specific piece (such as larger sculptural works), it will be noted on the product page.
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
At this time, orders ship within the United States only. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Each piece is carefully packaged to arrive safely and in excellent condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Due to the limited nature of each release, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the piece is unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
If a return is approved, the item must be packaged carefully to prevent damage during transit, ideally using the original packaging materials.
The buyer is responsible for the condition of the item until it is received. As these are delicate decorative objects, items that arrive back damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
For this reason, we strongly recommend insuring return shipments.
Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected in acceptable condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Exchanges are not offered due to limited availability.
Care & Handling
These pieces are made from resin and are intended for decorative use. While sturdy for display, they are not designed to withstand drops or impact. Damage occurring after delivery, including accidental drops or mishandling, is not eligible for refund or replacement.
We recommend handling with care and placing your piece in a secure location.
Natural Variations
Each piece is individually finished by hand. Subtle variations in texture, finish, or detailing are part of the design and are not considered defects.
Color Representation
We make every effort to accurately represent colors in our product photography. However, colors may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings and display calibration.
